We, as well as your insurance company, want your vehicle to be in the best shape and repaired to your satisfaction.  As the customer you have rights that we want you to be aware of.

•Before contacting your insurance make sure you review your policy and know your rights.

•You may choose the shop of your choice to make the repairs to your vehicle.

•You may get more than one estimate before choosing where you want to take your vehicle.

•Your insurance company may give you recommendations on where to bring your vehicle, but you do not have to go there.  Your insurance company has the right to take a reasonable amount of time to inspect the damages of your vehicle prior to being repaired.

•As the owner, you are the only one who can authorize the repairs on your vehicle.  Be sure that when getting estimates they are looking at everything you want to be repaired.

•There may be damages done that can’t be visibly seen prior to taking the car apart.  This may cause a change in price to the estimate given. Price changes on parts are known to happen.  This is due to the manufacturers that are being used.

•If there is damage missed prior to taking the car apart, we will be sure to contact you before doing the work.

•Upon completion of your vehicle, you are required to pay for it, not your insurance company.  Be sure you are in contact with your insurance company to make payment arrangements before your car is finished to avoid delaying any work.
